This is really 'about you' rather than 'myself'. I am hoping though, it may help if I share a little about me, in order for you to decide how '4 My wellbeing' can help you.
It is my intention to share practices with you that have changed my life! How I feel, think, function, and how happy and fulfilled my world is. To create an awareness of how good life can be. Get a glimpse of your true self and access practices that align and balance to make a difference in how you feel every day and channel those feelings to enhance the quality and fulfilment of your life!
My background is many years as a personal trainer, both in the UK and USA (California). An enjoyable journey of learning and teaching others how to remain physically healthy and look aesthically pleasing. This contributed a solid background in physiology and anatomy which has helped me understand the functionality of the physical body along with understanding the diverse needs of many people presenting various body-types, injuries and necessary circumstances requiring solutions and remedial assistance.
Whilst invaluable, as my life and body matured, life can often present challenges and obstacles. In mid - life, an experience of loss followed - including financial, material, loved ones and the loss of my health and wellbeing. It became apparent that additional skills and knowledge was necessary, in order to find and enjoy complete health, happiness and wholeness again. Consequently, life took me on a journey of self - enquiry, restoring, balancing and healing - one of both 'inner' and 'outer' strength. I was fortunate to cross paths with great teachers and healing practices to recover wellbeing and equilibrium. The journey is ongoing as I continue my training in healing practices to share with you. It is both an honour and a pleasure to welcome and offer you the opportunity of finding and enjoying a more satisfying and harmonious relationship with your body, the self and ultimately, your life!
